Treadwell sets sights on 20th

Sandy Treadwell, the now unchallenged Republican candidate for Congress in the 20th District, stopped by the office of The Independent last week on a swing through the southern reaches of the huge district, introducing himself and advocating on behalf of term limits, a temporary halt to "earmark" funds, and greater transparency in government operations.
